Javier Omar Galindo Pinto
I’ve worked as a Client Intake and Operations professional at Francis Law Center since May 2026, supporting the firm’s immigration casework. I coordinate fee agreements and funding requests, manage client communications and referrals for cases including SIJS filings, removal defense, and adjustment of status, and oversee the intake pipeline to keep cases moving smoothly from first contact through case setup.
I bring over 10 years of experience in operations, client intake, and quality assurance across legal services, aviation logistics, and customer operations. Most recently, I led a multi-specialist intake team at a personal injury law firm, where I improved case-conversion consistency through structured follow-ups, call audits, and coaching, and built root-cause analysis frameworks to reduce recurring intake errors. My background also includes operations supervision in aviation cargo logistics and quality analysis roles in customer-facing environments.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana (UNITEC), and I’m fluent in both Spanish (native) and English.
What I value most about my role at Francis Law Center is the chance to be a steady, reassuring presence for clients during some of the most stressful moments of their lives — helping them understand each step of their case and feel genuinely supported, not just processed. I take pride in being part of a team where the day-to-day work translates directly into real outcomes for families.
Outside of work, I’m an active runner — I completed a 10K in Guatemala City — and I follow the World Cup closely. I’m based in Guatemala.
